This cottage boasts a 22'x30' first floor living space with an added 22'x15' loft. The freespan frame enables for a myriad of floor plan layouts. There is also a 22'x10' covered pation section that can be integrated into living space as well if preferred.
The Lakeside cottage is our modern desgign for the minimalists. Clean lines, open and uncluttered space is at the core of this offering. The load carrying timber structure permits the use of an abundance of windows, bringing the outdoors in.
