The Modified A-Frame cottage is a cross between the Classic A-Frame and the Scandinavian model.  It has a 6' knee--wall which enables full use of the available floor space.  This Single A-Frame timber structure has a 24' wide x 40' deep footprint which also has a 24'x 20' loft.

This model expands on the Modified A-Frame with an add-on entrance and garage with loft.  The entrance is spacious at 11' wide x 16' deep, which encompasses a staircase to both lofts.    The timber frame garage comes in at 24' wide x 24' deep and a full second floor.
